Proposed launch estimates below are not public prices or offers. Final pricing needs supplier costs, labor timing, and food requirements checked first.
Draft cost model: flowers or ingredients + packaging + preparation labor + setup/cleanup labor + delivery + spoilage allowance. Divide total cost by (1 − target profit margin). Initial assumptions to test: $25/hour labor, 10% materials spoilage, and 30% margin. Delivery is separate; combined experiences include both service costs and shared setup. Serving sizes are estimates, not full-meal guarantees.
